Luggage storage in Vancouver after your Alaska cruise

Want to sightsee in Vancouver after your Alaska cruise, but where should you store your luggage?

So, you’ve just disembarked from your amazing Alaska cruise and now you want to tour Vancouver. But what about your luggage?

Luckily, there are a few luggage storage options available to you, all conveniently located in or near the Canada Place cruise ship terminal.

(Need ideas for what to visit in Vancouver? Here's a list.)

Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing’s All-Day Storage Baggage service is located right at the Canada Place cruise ship terminal. The service is open daily between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on cruise ship days. Visitors also have the option of bundling a tour or activity with their bag storage. Large bags (checked luggage) are $15 each and small (carry-on) bags are $10 each.

LuggageHero offers luggage storage services in various locations throughout Vancouver, including Waterfront Station near the Canada Place cruise ship dock. According to its site, "LuggageHero storage sites are certified hotels, cafes and shops. Advance bookings ensure space for your bags. The address and directions to our partner shops are available at the time of booking. All bags are insured up to $3,000 once you have dropped off your bags and started the storage timer on your booking page."

BagsAway describes itself as an AirBnb for baggage storage. Its site states: "Let us connect you to reliable BagDrop locations inside local shops, cafes, hotels (to name a few!) where you can find luggage storage in Vancouver for a few hours or days. Store your luggage on-demand with BagsAway's left luggage network across Vancouver's main attractions." BagsAway has a location near the Canada Place cruise ship terminal.

Bounce Luggage Storage is a popular luggage storage service that operates in Vancouver as well as in other cities around the world. Start by booking your luggage storage on the Bounce website or app. Choose the date, time and location that works best for you. The company's partnerships with local businesses ensure that your bags are kept safe and secure while you explore the city. Bounce has a location at the Canada Place cruise ship terminal.

Vancouver International Airport has luggage storage facilities located in both the domestic and international terminals. If you're flying out of Vancouver, you may want to consider storing your luggage at the airport. You can drop off your bags and then take the Canada Line SkyTrain back into the city to enjoy your last few hours in Vancouver, or explore Richmond around the airport.
